The ZEU is dedicated to ensuring the protection of all humanity from
the seething hordes of the undead by the following actions:

A. Training in prevention of full scale zombie outbreaks.
B. Dealing with full scale zombie outbreaks
C. Surviving and continuing humanity in the case of catastrophic failure in the previous two activities
